Free Pick Up In-Store
Online orders may be placed for in-store pickup from our retail store at 1015 12th St, Hood River. The store is open on Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (closed 12:30-1:00 p.m. for lunch). Pick-up appointments may be made outside of regular opening hours by appointment, subject to availability. Please contact us here to set up a pick up appointment outside of regular opening hours. Please allow 1-3 working days to process pick-up orders, shorter timeframe pickup options may be possible but are not guaranteed. In-store pickups must be authorized and confirmed prior to pickup.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it back to reach us within 21 days of receiving your order and we’ll refund the full cost of the item (not shipping costs).
